Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing total hip replacement surgery; 2. Age =65 years old; 3. Preoperative ASA classification ?~?; 4. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refuse to participate in the study; 2. Allergic to local anesthetic drugs; 3. Patients with contraindications such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, neuromuscular disease, and infection.
