Transradial acess:Coronary angiography is performed via radial artery puncture approach proximal to the radial styloi.
Distal Transradial Access:Coronary intervention is performed through radial puncture at snuffbox or Hegu point

18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age= 18 years old and = 80 years old; Height= 180cm; Patients who are clinically evaluated for coronary angiography and intervention; Presence of radial artery pulsation by palpation of the radial artery and snuffbox and the Hegu point preoperatively; Patients agree to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: planned transfemoral (brachial) artery approach; radial artery variation, assessed as unsuitable for transradial intervention; Previous transradial artery intervention or radial artery surgery in other hospital; previous intervention via bilateral dTRA approach; Acute myocardial infarction with direct PCI; Occlusion of the radial artery; Patients who did not undergo intervention after coronary angiography; Patients do not consent to participate in this study
