Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients ranged in age from 60 to 85 years old. Complete clinical data; The ASA grade was ?~?, and the surgical site was lung. Preoperative MMSE score was > 26 points.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled diseases such as severe cardiac, liver and renal dysfunction or malignant tumor before operation; Patients with neurological or psychiatric history; Patients who take hypnotics, narcotic analgesics, antidepressants and anti-anxiety drugs for a long time; Patients with coagulation dysfunction; Poor compliance or other reasons unable to cooperate with researchers.
