Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria of healthy control group: (1) Subjects have been infected with COVID-19 within half a year, and COVID-19 antigen and nucleic acid have turned negative at present; (2) Aged between 18 and 65, with a body mass index between 18 and 35 kilograms per square meter. Inclusion criteria of insomnia group: (1) chronic insomnia patients in the control group who were previously included in the study of "the effect of sedation treatment on chronic insomnia patients and Circadian rhythm" (Ethical No. (2020) Linlun Shen No. (307), clinical registration No. NCT04635098) (2) Subjects have been infected with COVID-19 within half a year, and COVID-19 antigen and nucleic acid have turned negative at present.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Pregnant and lactating women (2) have a past history of other mental illnesses and drug or alcohol abuse or dependence; (3) Evidence of neurological or other physical diseases assessed by clinical history, physical examination or routine laboratory examination, such as severe brain injury, respiratory, heart, kidney, liver and Endocrine disease; (4) Those who have recently used a large amount of psychotropic drugs, and those who have consumed a large amount of caffeine and alcohol for a long time; (5) Long term night shift workers, or those who have crossed two time zones in the previous month (time zone refers to the international standard 24 time zone).
