Inclusion criteria: ?Critically ill patients with multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacteria infection; ? Prescribed with polymyxin B=72h; ?Age=18 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Anuria or requiring renal replacement therapy; ?Pregnant women
