Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage confirmed by computed tomography (CT). 2.Admission within 24 hours from the ictus. 3.Age between 18 to 80 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Hemorrhage caused by cerebral infarction, tumor apoplexy, vascular malformation, aneurysm, or trauma. 2.Patients whose life expectancy is less than 3 months due to blood coagulation dysfunction and thrombocytopenia. 3.Before the ictus, the patient has severe physical or mental illness which causes significant disability, or the patient has others severe comorbidity, which affect the prognosis score. 4.Need surgery to clear hematoma. 5.The patient is pregnant. 6.For any reason, the patient cannot be followed up.
