Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? American society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to III; ? Child -Pugh classification of liver function grade A ~ B; ? Patients underwent elective laparoscopic hepatectomy; ? Age range from 18 to 80 years old; ? Model for End-Stage Liver Disease (MELD) score 5 ~ 9.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Coagulopathy or other bleeding tendency; ? severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; ?Cirrhosis of the liver; ? Communication disorders, inability to cooperate, such as language comprehension disorders, mental illness; ? portal vein embolism (PVE); ? Increased intracranial pressure; ? severe insufficiency of blood volume; ? Puncture site infection; ? The patient refuses; ? portalvein stenosis (PVS).
