Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria Older Adults. 1. Community-dwelling; 2. Aged 60 years or above; 3. Suboptimal PA level as defined by the Rapid Assessment of Physical Activity (RAPA) 4. Frail as defined by Fried's Frailty Phenotype (FFP) (Fried et al., 2001). 5. Communicable in Chinese; 6. Owning a smartphone with a data plan Family Members. 1. Communicable in Chinese; 2. Owning a smartphone with a data plan; 3. Competency in using a smartphone as measured by the Mobile Device Proficiency Questionnaire - 16 (MDPQ-16)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Older Adults. 1. Having impaired mobility, as defined by the Modified Functional Ambulatory Classification (MFAC) score; 2. Probable dementia, as defined by the Hong Kong version of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA); 3. Self-report has comorbid health conditions that affect participation in physical training activities, such as cardio-respiratory illnesses, and cannot be recruited in this study. Family Members. 1.
