Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets the diagnostic criteria for patients with acute angle-closure glaucoma and is diagnosed as a patient during the acute phase of acute angle-closure glaucoma; If there is a history of sudden acute visual impairment, with intraocular pressure = 40 mmHg at the onset, accompanied by symptoms of elevated intraocular pressure, such as eye pain, eye distension with ipsilateral headache, nausea, vomiting, etc; Having ciliary congestion, corneal edema, shallow anterior chamber, segmental atrophy of the iris, moderate dilated pupils, and signs of glaucoma plaques; (2) Accept and cooperate with laser iridectomy treatment; (3) Voluntarily accept and cooperate with UBM examination, IOL-Master optical biometry and other eye examinations before treatment; (4) No previous history of eye surgery or eye injury; (5) Other eye diseases that have not previously impaired visual function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Inability to coordinate the eye position during UBM examination and obtain good UBM images; (2) Patients who did not undergo follow-up visits as required after receiving the laser and were lost in follow-up.
