Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Conform to the diagnostic criteria for spastic cerebral palsy in children in the Chinese Guidelines for Rehabilitation of Cerebral Palsy (2022); (2) Patients who have not participated in other scientific research trials that may affect the results of this study; (3) Those who can cooperate with clinical physicians or rehabilitation physicians to complete the experiment; (4) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this experiment. All inclusion criteria mentioned above must be met simultaneously in order to be included in the experiment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe congenital diseases, such as Congenital heart defect and congenital genetic metabolic diseases; (2) Patients with clear surgical indications that require surgical treatment and are not suitable for continuing the trial; (3) Those who are not suitable for rehabilitation treatment due to the merger of other diseases, or those who are suspected and diagnosed with intraspinal tumors, infections, or tuberculosis; Or those with serious heart disease, Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, liver and kidney function impairment and other medical diseases; (4) Those with Mental disorder and other diseases, or who can not cooperate with the test in other circumstances, or who refuse to participate in this topic; If one of the above criteria is met, the patient will not be included in the trial.
