Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 18 and 35 years old; (2) BMI ranged from 18.5 to 23.9 kg/m2, height > = 150 cm; (3) spontaneous conception, singleton pregnancy; (4) pregnant women were at low risk (no underlying medical conditions, no history of adverse pregnancy, etc.).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Refusal to sign informed consent. (2) Subjects who are considered unsuitable for inclusion by the investigator.
