management of senile patients undergoing laparoscopic nephrectomy

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with age range from 60 to 80years old; 2. Patients have an American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status classification of I~III; 3. Patients without allergic history to general anesthesia drugs; 4. Patients scheduled for elective and time-limited laparoscopic nephrectomy; 5. All patients provided written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients younger than 60 years old or older than 80 years old, 2. Obese patients whose BMI=30, 3. Patients with psychiatric illnesses or with inability to describe their situation, 4. Patients with history of abdominal or urologic surgical procedure, 5. Patients with a hemorrhagic predisposition or a hemorrhagic disorder, 6. Patients with severe organ deficiency, 7. Patients with a history of long-term opioid usage, 8. Patients with infection or scar at the puncture site, 9. Patients refuse to participate.
