Interventions

Experimental group:Motor function rehabilitation training based on cardiopulmonary reserve grade.
Control group:Traditional motor function rehabilitation training.

18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 to 79 years old; (2) Ischemic stroke confirmed by computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging; (3) First attack, from 14 days to 3 months; (4) With unilateral limb motor dysfunction; (5) Brunnstrom stage=3; (6) No progression of neurological symptoms for more than 48 hours; (7) Mini-Mental State Examination>24 points; (8) Signing informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe or exercise induced aggravated heart disease; (2) Severe or exercise induced aggravated respiratory disease; (3) Resting heart rate>120 beats/minute; (4) Uncontrolled hypertension, systolic pressure>180mmHg or diastolic pressure>100mmHg; (5) Acute venous thrombosis of lower limbs; (6) Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction,metabolic disorder; (7) Infection probably induced aggravated by exercise; (8) Severe anemia(Hb=60g/L); (9) Malignant tumor or hematological disease; (10) With other skeletal muscle problems that limit exercise capacity; (11) Pregnancy.
