Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?ASA grade I-III ?Thoracoscopic pneumonectomy to be performed

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? with eye diseases, eye surgery ?Neuromuscular dysfunction, diabetes mellitus, thyroid dysfunction ?Pupillary deformity, use of drugs affecting pupil size, use of alpha or beta blockers ? scheduled surgery duration > 120 minutes ? scheduled to undergo neurosurgery
