Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients who conform to the criteria of the Western medicine diagnosis:According to the Chinese medical association Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Manual: Osteoporosis and bone mineral disease branch, American Association of clinical endocrinologists (AACE) and American endocrine institute 2020 AACE/ACE clinical practice guidelines: Diagnosis and treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis) (2)Patients who conform to the criteria of the Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation :The standard of differentiation of symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine adopts the guiding principles of clinical research on kidney deficiency formulated by the Ministry of Health in 2002. In the syndrome diagnosis, back pain as a necessary symptom, at the same time with 2 other symptoms and tongue and pulse consistenting with symptoms can be diagnosed. A. Liver and kidney deficiency syndrome: back pain, weakness; secondary disease: can not maintain weight, dizziness, reddish tongue or light. B. Kidney-yang deficiency syndrome: main symptoms: back pain; secondary symptoms: fatigue and weakness, fear of cold, clear urine, tongue light tender, slow or weak pulse and other symptoms (3)Right handed,with junior high school education or above (4) Menopausal women aged from 45 to 70 years,natural menopause more than 2 years (5) Provision of a signed informed consent form and willingness for testing in patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Women younger than 45 years of age who have been naturally menopausal for less than 2 years, or women older than 70 years of age (2) Who do not fall into the category of postmenopausal osteopenia or even primary osteoporosis, other diseases that affect bone metabolism, such as endocrine disease (gonads, adrenal glands, parathyroid glands and thyroid disease) , Rheumatoid Arthritis, diseases of the digestive tract and kidneys that affect the absorption and regulation of calcium and vitamin D, malignant diseases such as multiple myeloma, long-term use of glucocorticoid or other drugs that affect bone metabolism, and various congenital and acquired abnormal bone metabolism diseases, etc. (3) Patients with malignant tumor, cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system serious primary disease, serious skin disease, mental disease can not cooperate or can not insist to complete the treatment (4) Those who had received anti-osteoporosis drugs (not including basic treatment) in the first six months or who had used drugs for a long time that might affect bone calcium metabolism; (5) Those who had structural abnormalities in the brain; Such as intracranial space-occupying lesion, brain malformation, severe stroke (affecting brain structure) (6) Catgut implantation at Acupoints for allergy; (7) Contraindications to r-tms, such as aneurysm clips, implanted nerve stimulators, artificial pacemaker, automatic defibrillators, cochlear implants (electrodes) or visual foreign bodies, and metal head implants. (8) History of substance abuse such as alcohol and drug abuse, or history of alcohol and drug dependence within one year; (9) Creatinine clearance rate of less than 35 ml/min (10)Failure to adhere to treatment.
