Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?In accordance with the diagnostic criteria of Chinese guidelines for prevention and treatment of T2DM (2020 edition), type 2 diabetes was diagnosed by clinicians and the diagnosis time was more than 6 months;?age = 18 years old; ? conscious and without cognitive impairment, able to cooperate with the study; ? able to use smart phones; ?volunteer to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?patients with severe edema, infection and peripheral circulation disturbance;? patients with severe cardiovascular disease, kidney disease and malignant tumor;? pregnant and lactating women, and ?hearing or vision impairment.
