Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 0-18 years old; 2. Normal neuropsychological development (DQ=85, IQ=90); 3. Regular defecation and normal character.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal development of the nervous system and severe malnutrition, immunodeficiency diseases, pancreatic dysfunction, bloody stools, short bowel syndrome, bile or bloody vomit, history of severe brain trauma, nervous system diseases or other serious physical diseases; 2. Epilepsy, intellectual disability, autism, tic disorders, mood disorders, schizophrenia and other nervous system or psychiatric diseases; 3. Children with acute diarrhoea; 4. Have taken antibiotics within the past three months; 5. Those who cannot cooperate with the collection of stool specimens.
