Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: A between the ages of 18 and 55; B Patients who came to our research group for treatment from 2018 to now; C Patients with benign or borderline tumors of the jaw, with a large range of soft and hard tissue defects and dentition defects after resection, undergoing osteotomy, simultaneous soft and hard tissue reconstruction, and simultaneous implantation of implants D Hard tissue repair of the jaw using a vascularized fibula flap E Preoperative (T0), postoperative (T1) and 6 months after surgery (T3) CBCT data were available, and complete and reliable preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative data and photos were available. F Good oral hygiene, no uncontrolled periodontitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: A Patients with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue tumors, no need for osteotomy or patients with no intention to implant implants at the same time as osteotomy; B Patients with malignant tumors, or patients intending to undergo postoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy; Or the extent of the tumor is too large, such as total mandibular surgery, unable to complete the oral closure with myofascial flap C For jaw repair without fibula flap D Incomplete imaging and clinical data E Systemic diseases such as hematopoietic system, digestive system or autoimmunity F Pregnancy or lactation G Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/day) H History of head and neck radiation therapy within 5 years I Untreated periodontitis, full mouth bleeding and plaque index =25% J Routine follow-up is not possible
