Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: Diabetes patients who need to get EMR or survilance because of colon polyp 2: sign informed consent 3: age between 18 to 70 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: history of previous abdominal surgery 2: Patients who are with removable dentures or who are unable to chew 3: refuse to sign informed consent 4: age above 70 or below 18 5: can not finish the trail because of other reasons
