18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-70 years old; 2) Positive results from any test such as C14 breath test, C13 breath test, and gastroscopy pathology; 3) Comply with the recommended indications for eradicating HP in the sixth national consensus report on HP infection management in China [15]; 4) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) those who do not cooperate with the treatment; 2) those who have mental illness, heart, liver, kidney and other vital organ insufficiency before admission; 3) women who are planning to be pregnant, pregnant and breastfeeding; 4) those who are allergic to the drugs used in this study; 5) those who have used bismuth and antimicrobial drugs in the 4 weeks prior to the treatment, and those who have used PPIs and H2-receptor antagonists in the 2 weeks prior to the treatment; 6) those who have history of surgery for upper GI disorders; and 7) those who are addicted to alcohol or any other any condition that increases the risk of adverse reactions to treatment.
