18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign an informed consent form; 2. ASA classification: I-II level; 3. Age 18-65 years old; 4. Patients planned to undergo Elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of alcohol abuse and drug dependence (smokers do not contain nicotine); 2. Have neurological or mental disorders; 3. Have a history of brain dysfunction or brain injury; 4. There is Chronic pain and accompanying analgesic treatment; 5. There is extensive mucosal damage and ulceration in the mouth and throat; 6. BMI>28kg/m2 or<18kg/m2; 7. Diabetes is being treated with insulin or not; 8. Patients who have undergone chemotherapy before surgery and experience nausea and vomiting; 9. Patients who took known antiemetic drugs (Phenothiazine, Scopolamine, Corticosteroid and Tricyclic antidepressant) within one month before operation; 10. People who are allergic to the study Drug allergy.
