18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years old; 2. ASA classification: I-II; 3. Elective painless colonoscopy or polypectomy, operation time <= 30 min; 4. Communication is normal; 5. Voluntary subjects and signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severely damaged liver and kidney and other important organ function; 2. There were neuropsychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, epilepsy and Parkinson's disease before operation; 3. Allergic to esketamine or opioids, propofol; 4. Psychotropic and narcotic drug abusers; 5. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (non-invasive blood pressure >=180 / 100mmHg); 6. Patients with severe risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 7. Untreated or inadequate treatment of hyperthyroidism, tachycardia patients; 8. Patients with severe snoring; 9. Refusing to sign the consent form and so on.
