Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: In the first part, the retrospective study included patients with polycystic ovary syndrome who had previously met the diagnostic criteria in the "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in China" formulated by the Endocrinology Group and Guidelines Expert Group of Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2018. The second part of the cohort study includes: 1. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria in "Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome in China" formulated by the Endocrinology Group and Guidelines Expert Group of Obstetrics and Gynecology Branch of Chinese Medical Association in 2018. 2. It conforms to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine (refer to the Guiding Principles for Clinical Research of New Chinese Medicine), and the syndrome differentiation belongs to the type of kidney deficiency and blood stasis. 3. Age 18-45 years old, 4. Understand the nature and purpose of this study, be willing to participate in the study, cooperate with the follow-up, examination and treatment, and sign the informed consent of the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I Retrospective Study Exclusion Criteria: Patients with an unidentified diagnosis or who do not meet a polycystic diagnosis. Part II Cohort Study Exclusion Criteria:(1)Menstrual irregularities caused by congenital or acquired organic lesions of the reproductive organs(2) There are diseases with endocrine manifestations similar to PCOS, such as hyperprolactinemia, A Glandular disease, Cushing syndrome, nonclassical congenital adrenal hyperplasia, ovaries, or kidneys androgen-secreting tumors of the upper glands, functional hypothalamic amenorrhea, early-onset ovarian insufficiency(3) Exclude pregnancy, coagulation disorders, endometrial polyps and local abnormalities, adenomyo Uterine bleeding caused by uterine fibroids, endometrial malignancy and dysplasia (4) Those with severe heart, liver, kidney, hematology, tumor system and other primary diseases, Patients with severe anemia requiring blood transfusions, psychiatric patients(5) Have taken hormonal drugs or affected sex hormones, blood sugar, and islets in the past 3 months Drugs, such as vegetarian and lipid metabolism. (6) Those who are allergic to protein, the skin of the proposed thread site is damaged or ulcerated Author (7) Those who participate in other clinical studies at the same time and influence the results of this study
