Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Neurosurgical patients with signs of pain ; meet the diagnostic criteria for cognitive impairment : measured by the Mini-Mental State Examination ( MMSE ) ; obtain the informed consent of the patient 's family ; the patients were older than 18 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other serious diseases ( severe arrhythmia, severe hypertension, etc. ) ; the patients themselves or their families refused to participate in this study.
