18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) with lung nodule size between 5-8mm in the previous computer tomography (CT) scan; (2) plan to have annual CT examination in the following three years; (3) no history of immunodeficiency diseases; (4) did not take antirheumatic drugs such as methotrexate, sulfasalazine, hydroxychloroquine, celecoxib; (5) no prior history of cancer; (6) absence of infectious diseases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Has a severe physical disability or cognitive impairment; (2) Have severe cardiac, cerebral, pulmonary or renal dysfunction (ECOG score > 0); (3) Has had any of the following within 8 weeks prior to the blood draw: anti-rheumatic drug (including but not limited to the following drugs methotrexate, lorazepam, hydroxychloroquine, leflunomide, celecoxib, corticosteroids) therapy, immunomodulatory therapy, vaccinations, surgery (4) Infectious diseases with in-treatment
