18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)presence of staghorn stone confirmed by non-contrast computed tomography (CT) examination; (2) aged 18-year-old or above; (3) American Society of Anesthesiology scores of 1–2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with solitary kidney, congenital anomalies (such as horseshoe kidney and ectopic kidney); (2) patients with severe preoperative pyelonephritis; (3) patients with intention towards a specific treatment approach.
