Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients undergoing excision of pulmonary lesion; 2.age =50 years old; 3. ASA class II-III; 4. The patients signed the informed consent voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have central nervous system and mental illness; Obvious respiratory or circulatory system diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction before surgery; A history of alcohol or drug dependence; Inability to recognize words on cognitive function tests or severe hearing impairment; History of preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy or abnormal coagulation function; Long-term (more than six months) use of antipsychotics or sedatives or narcotic analgesics before surgery; The MMSE score is lower than the minimum score of the corresponding education level (primary school < 20, middle school (including technical secondary school) <22, university (including junior college) <24); Unable to communicate effectively with physicians verbally
