Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients with nonpathological unilateral hip fractures undergoing surgical treatment; (2)Age =65years; (3)Patients who have had at least one cardiac troponin test postoperatively.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with other type of fractures; (2)The newest preoperative cardiac troponin value was greater than the upper limit of the 99% reference value; (3)Underwent surgery with total peripheral nerve block anesthesia or general anesthesia combined with neuraxial anesthesia, or anesthesia records missed; (4) Sepsis.
