13 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: ? The age of the pregnant woman is less than 40 years old, no diabetes, no history of gynecological surgery; ? No abnormality in first birth, single fetus, full-term fetus; ? No pelvic space occupying lesion ( > 3cm); ? Clear cognition, can effectively complete anal contraction and Valsalva maneuver. Control group: ? The age of the controls is less than 40 years old, no diabetes, no history of gynecological surgery; ? Married and unpregnant; ? No pelvic space occupying lesion ( > 3cm); ?No pelvic floor dysfunction ; ?Clear cognition, can effectively complete anal contraction and Valsalva maneuver.
