19 Years to 27 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) a history of chronic neck pain for at least 3 months with pain confined to the back of the head and neck; (2) pain analog scale score (visual analog scale [VAS])=3; (3) no treatment received within the previous 1 month; and (4) signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria:  (1) history of trauma or surgery to the head and neck and other spinal segments; (2) severe cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, spinal cord cervical spondylosis, or vertebral artery cervical spondylosis; (3) diseases such as osteoporosis, cervical tuberculosis, or tumor; (4) cardiovascular or thoracic lung diseases affecting pulmonary ventilation and air exchange; (5) inability to cooperate with the intervention.
