Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The head nurse of the clinical department who holds a nurse practice certificate; 2. Has served as the head nurse for at least 1 year; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. During the investigation period, those who were not at work due to illness or personal leave; 2. Advanced nurses.
