experimental group: Position fixation with open head-neck and shoulder thermoforms and styrofoam
Control group: Fixed with conventional head-neck and shoulder thermal mold and styrofoam

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intracranial and head and neck tumours; 2. Age 18 to 70 years; 3. Physical fitness score (KPS) =70; 4. Complete relevant examinations to exclude contraindications to radiotherapy; 5. Patients should be informed of all the contents of the study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are immobilised by fixed headrests or vacuum cushions; 2 Patients who need to hold mouth receptacles when receiving radiotherapy; 3 Those who have communication difficulties and cannot co-operate; 4. Patients or family members who are not willing to participate in the enrolment trial.
