Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Female Aged 40 or less who planned to IVF 2.AMH < 1.2 ng/ml 3.(AFC)< 7, 4.10 mIU/ml <FSH < 25 mIU/ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Female over aged 40 2.Woman with a history of ovary surgery 3.Endocrine or autoimmune disease (e.g., diabetes, thyroid disease, polycystic ovary syndrome) 4.History of antioxidant therapy in the past year ( CoQ10, panthenol, vitamin A, vitamin E, vitamin C ß - Carotene or selenium) 5.Allergy to flaxseed oil 6.In the past 3 months or currently undergoing weight loss medication or surgical treatment; In the past 3 months, in a controlled diet stage such as dieting or weight loss 7.Using drugs that affect the metabolism of macronutrients and micronutrients in the past three months, such as hypoglycemic drugs (biguanides, a- Glycosidase inhibitors, sulfonylureas, glinides, insulin, thiazolidinedione, etc.) lipid-lowering drugs (statins, beta, cholesterol absorption inhibitors, niacin, etc.). 8.Have used corticosteroids, anti-androgens, oral contraceptives, ovulation promoting drugs, and other drugs that affect hormone levels, appetite, carbohydrate absorption and metabolism in the past 3 months 9.Liver dysfunction, renal dysfunction, current or past severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and current severe gastrointestinal diseases that may affect nutrient absorption 10.Cancer patients or those who have received radiation and chemotherapy within five years 11. Smoking and drinking habits.
