Interventions

The control group:The control group was given conventional ventilation and the pressure of end-tidal carbon dioxide(PETCO2)was controlled between 35 to 40 mmHg during the operation
Test group:Mild hyperventilation, control PETCO2 at 30-33 mmHg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I or II; preoperative examination data were complete; informed consent was signed by the patient or family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of mental and neurological disorder disorders;cardiovascular and respiratory diseases;liver and kidney dysfunction, periarthritis of shoulder;cervical spondylosis, etc;Has the long-term analgesia medicine or the Valium class medication history.
