18 Years to 30 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of at least 1 severe ankle sprain requiring medical intervention; recurrent symptoms of pain, swelling, weakness, and instability; recurrent sprains; Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) questionnaire score =25;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Have received ankle surgery on the affected side or have a history of ankle fractures and dislocations; severe ankle osteoarthritis, traumatic arthritis, dissecans, etc.; open injuries around the ankle joint; cannot accept the treatment plan and cannot cooperate treat.
