Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for children with IgAV: (1) Meeting EULAR/PRINTO/PRES diagnostic criteria for IgAV; (2) Children admitted to our department from August 2023 to August 2024 were diagnosed with IgAV for the first time; (3) Aged 1 to 16 years; (4)Sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for children with IgAVN: (1) Meeting EULAR/PRINTO/PRES diagnostic criteria for IgAVN; (2) Children admitted to our department from August 2023 to August 2024 were diagnosed with IgAVN for the first time; (3) Aged 1 to 16 years; (4)Have indications for kidney biopsy and consent to kidney biopsy; (5)Sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for children with Isolated hematuria: (1) Children admitted to our department from August 2023 to August 2024 were diagnosed with Isolated hematuria; (2)The duration of the disease was more than 3 months; (3) Aged 1 to 16 years; (4)Have indications for kidney biopsy and consent to kidney biopsy; (5)Sign the informed consent form. Inclusion criteria for the healthy children group: (1)Children who undergo physical examination in the outpatient department of our hospital from August 2023 to August 2024; (2)Aged 1 to 16 years; (3)Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for children with IgAV: (1) History of IgAV; (2) History of other acute and chronic renal disease; (3) Acute infectious disease during hospitalization; (4) History of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant use in the last month. Exclusion criteria for children with IgAVN: (1)History of other acute and chronic renal disease; (2) Acute infectious disease during hospitalization; (3) History of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant use in the last month. Exclusion criteria for children with Isolated hematuria: (1) History of IgAV; (2) History of other acute and chronic renal disease; (3) Acute infectious disease during hospitalization; (4) History of glucocorticoid and immunosuppressant use in the last month. Exclusion criteria for the healthy children group: (1)History of IgAV; (2)History of other acute and chronic renal disease; (3)History of other chronic diseases; (4)History of acute infectious disease in the last half month.
