12 Years to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range from 12 to 18, gender unlimited; 2. Meet the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for depression, mild to moderate degree; 3. The subject does not receive any antidepressant treatment in the last one month(such as drugs, psychotherapy, or physical treatment); 4. The subject and guardian sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Comorbid the following psychiatric disorders: Anxiety disorder, organic emotional disorders, substance dependence, mental retardation, schizophrenia, bipolar affective disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorder, etc; 2. Got the physical diseases that affect the immune system (infectious diseases; Asthma, rhinitis, and other allergic diseases; Systemic lupus erythematosus, anaphylactoid purpura, Kawasaki disease and other autoimmune diseases; Immune deficiency etc.) 3. Professional athlete, or suffers from a physical disease unfit for exercise; 4. Currently receiving anti-inflammatory medication; 5. The subjects at risk of suicide or assault,.
