Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: primipara 2: Term pregnancy 37-41 weeks 3: head posture 4: ASA II 5: Age 18-35 years 6: Obstetrician examination suitable for vaginal delivery 7: Pregnant women take the initiative to require epidural labor analgesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: multiple pregnancy 2: Basic body temperature above 37.5 3: Pregnancy with thyroid dysfunction 4: Premature rupture of membranes or other risk factors for infection 5: Spinal deformity can not be epidural puncture 6: coagulation disorders 7: Local anesthetic drug allergy
