18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective thoracoscopic lung surgery; 2. Age 18~65 years old, gender is not limited; 3. ASA I~II grade; 4. Body mass index 18~26kg/m2; 5. No obvious abnormalities in heart, lung, liver and kidney function; 6. Have a clear understanding, voluntarily participate in the study, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of chronic pain or chronic opioid use before surgery; 2. Severe heart and lung diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Patients with untreated or poorly controlled hypertension and hyperthyroidism; 4. Foreseeable difficult airway or clear history of anesthesia drug allergy; 5. History of neurological disease or psychiatric illness; 6. The operation method is complex (estimated operation time> 4h); 7. Serious complications such as arrhythmia, heavy bleeding, etc. during surgery; 8. Other circumstances in which the investigator determines that the patient is not suitable to participate in the clinical trial.
