Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women aged 20 years or older and before 20 weeks gestation with one or more risk factors for GDM (age = 35 years, pre-pregnancy body mass index = 25 kg/m2, family history of first-degree diabetes, history of polycystic ovary syndrome, gestational diabetes mellitus , history of adverse births (macrosomia, miscarriage, and preterm birth.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, hypothyroidism, multiple pregnancies, severely limited food choices, failure to guarantee the number of prenatal check-ups, presence of severe mental disorders, communication disorders, history of antipsychotic use, and history of adverse lifestyle such as smoking, alcohol consumption, toxic exposure in the past 3 months.
