Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Population: patients =18 years of age, capable of independent thought, and participating in colonoscopy for the first time; (2) Those who are conscious, can communicate effectively, and do not choose to use sedative drugs; (3) Signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Clear diagnosis of colorectal cancer; (2) Have mental disorders, dementia, etc.
