Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients aged 18~65 yr, ASA class I~III, Child-Pugh class A or B were recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with previous cardiopulmonary and renal insufficiency, hepatocirrhosis, stroke, coagulation disturbance, severe arrhythmia, severe anemia, previous liver operation, milrinone or nitroglycerin allergy were excluded.
