Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ureteroscopic lithotripsy was performed in a patient aged 65-89 years; 2. ASA Grade II to III; 3. Patient is conscious and communicating normally; 4. BMI 18~30 kg/m2; 5. The operation time is expected to be less than 1 hour.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sleep apnea syndrome, asthma, severe respiratory insufficiency, and a history of COVID-19 infection within the past week; 2. Have myocardial infarction or uncontrolled high blood pressure, high-risk coronary artery disease; 3. Severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4. People with gastroesophageal reflux.
