Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age> 40 years old; (2) meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic kidney disease; (3) There is no obvious infection, no severe acid-base imbalance and electrolyte imbalance, and no obvious recent stability in blood pressure and blood sugar control belly diarrhea, absence of intestinal and tumors;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) does not meet the diagnosis of CKD, or renal replacement therapy has been undertaken; (2) Those with chronic or active bleeding; (3) Combined with other serious organic diseases; (4) Those who are unwilling to cooperate with treatment; (5) Those who are allergic to drugs in enema formulas.
