Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College student; 2. In the past year, felt troubled by anxiety/emotional stress; 3. No other emotional disorders or neurological diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Scored as "none" on the depression and anxiety dimensions (GAD-7 score 0-4, PHQ-9 score 0-4); 2. Reached a level of "moderate to severe" on either the depression or anxiety dimension (GAD-7 score 14 and above, PHQ-9 score 15 and above); 3. Exhibited self-harm or suicidal tendencies (PHQ-9 score of 1 and above on question 9); 4. Currently receiving or about to receive psychological counseling or psychiatric medication treatment.
