Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic cough: it exists for more than 8 weeks, with cough as the only symptom; 2. Inflammatory indexes are increased, that is, CRP or hs-CRP or IL-1ß or IL-6 or IL-18 or TNF-a or MCP-1 are increased (the above indexes reach 2-3 times the normal level); 3. Those who meet the pre-DM diagnostic criteria, that is, the fasting blood glucose level is 5.6-6.9mmol/L, or the glucose level measured 2 hours after taking 75 grams of glucose orally is 7.8-11.1mmol/L, or the glycosylated hemoglobin level (HbA1C) is 5.7%-6.4%; 4. No microecological agents or antibiotics were used for 4 weeks before joining the group; 5. Age range from 18 to 60 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cough caused by ACEI antihypertensive drugs and cough caused by gastroesophageal reflux disease or foreign body stimulation; 2. Fever; 3. There is no fever, but there is inflammation, which is invaded by microorganisms (bacteria, fungi and parasites infection within 3 months); 4. Exclude patients with known coronary heart disease, hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism, liver failure, renal failure, abnormal coagulation function and weight loss plan in the past 3 months; 5. Patients with rheumatic immune diseases with clear diagnosis; 6. Internal and external injuries: internal injuries: if ultrasound or imaging examination finds clear lesions, such as lung diseases or injuries, cholecystitis, gallstones, kidney calculi, pyelonephritis, fractures, etc.; External injury is the trauma of the body surface; 7. Surgery induced inflammation; 8. Drug-induced inflammation (especially cancer drugs); 9. Psychological instability: patients with or without a diagnosis certificate related to mental illness, but measured by the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HAD) as severe anxiety and depression; 10. There are clear pollutants in the living environment, such as water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution (such as sewage treatment plants, steel enterprises and other employees or surrounding residents); 11. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to drugs or related accessories involved in this study; 12. Pregnant or lactating women; 13. Patients who have taken herbs or anti-inflammatory related supplements (such as fish oil or fish oil-related ingredients, polyphenol supplements, coenzyme Q10, etc.); 14. new york Heart Association (NYHA) defines congestive heart failure as Grade III or IV; Those with a significant history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases within 6 months before screening are defined as: myocardial infarction, coronary artery bypass grafting or angioplasty, valvular heart disease or repair, unstable angina pectoris, transient ischemic attack or cerebrovascular accident; Having a malignant tumor (except the cured basal cell carcinoma) within 5 years before screening; 15.
