Inclusion criteria: (i) Registered nurses working in community hospitals; (ii) Those who volunteered to participate in this study and were able to complete the current round of training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (i) trainee and advanced practice nurses; (ii) those who did not wish to participate in this study.
