Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Type 2 diabetes mellitus with mild cognitive impairment; 2. The main complaint was memory loss, the score of the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale was 24; 3. Blood glucose inclusion criteria according to the American Diabetes Association's classification of glucose metabolism status, blood glucose was well controlled and there were no serious chronic complications of diabetes; 4. Duration >= 3 years; 5. Aged 60-75 years; 6. BMI: > 23.9 kg/m^2 and weight fluctuation <= 3 kg in the past 3 months; 7. Sedentary and insufficiently physically active for the past three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have serious cardiovascular disease, other serious underlying disease or cancer; 2. Other factors that may cause cognitive impairment include cerebrovascular disease, craniocerebral trauma, various encephalitis, intracranial space occupation, metabolic encephalopathy, hypoxic encephalopathy, Parkinson's disease, thyroid and parathyroid diseases, etc.; 3. History of hypoglycemia; 4. Have depression or other mental illness or history, Hamilton Depression Scale >= 8 points; 5. Claustrophobia; 6. Irregular work and rest; 7. Have movement disorders or contraindications; 8. Smoking, drinking, etc.
