Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria of diminished ovarian reserve: AFC=5 or AMH=1.2ng/ml; ? Conforming to the syndrome differentiation standard of kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of TCM; ? Age of 35-42 years old; ? Sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Premature ovarian failure, premature ovarian insufficiency, endometriosis, hyperprolactinemia and other diseases causing infertility; ?BMI < 18.5 or =30kg/m2; ? Complicated with other systemic diseases, such as diabetes, hyperthyroidism, heart disease, etc.; ? patients with a history of recurrent spontaneous abortion; ? chromosomal abnormalities; ? severe oligospermia, asthenospermia, teratozoospermia.
