Fospropofol disodium group:fospropanol disodium 5-10mg/kg/h for anesthesia maintenance
Propofol group:Propofol 3-5 mg/kg/h

65 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Obtaining informed consent; (2) Age = 60 years and = 90 years; (3) Patients to be operated on with general anesthesia; (4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-III;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative severe cardiac, cerebral, pulmonary, hepatic, renal and other important organ insufficiencies and electrolyte abnormalities (2) history of psychiatric illness or long-term psychotropic drugs (dementia, schizophrenia), history of chronic analgesic drugs, history of alcoholism (3) A history of poorly controlled hypertension or ischemic heart disease; (4)) Those with a history of allergy to intraoperative drug use (5)) Those with a history of peripheral arterial vascular and/or cerebrovascular disease (6) Patients with prolonged QT interval on preoperative ECG. (7) Patients with severe infections. (8) Patients with expected surgical bleeding >1000ml. (9) Patients taking anticoagulants such as aspirin or with coagulation disorders. (10) Patients with preoperative cognitive impairment as determined by the MMSE scale. (11) Pregnant or lactating women. (12) Participating in other drug trials within three months;
